One of the youngest women founders in the region, Dr. Vidhya aspires to use her innovaton and management skills to establish the largest higher educaton insttuton in the region, and to make reputed and commercially viable internatonal educaton available to students from different parts of the world. Dr. Vidhya distnguished herself as a student, sportsperson and socially commited citzen in her early years and is also a much-lauded teacher. Dr. Vidhya is a mother, homemaker and yoga enthusiast, who is highly commited and leads a balanced lifestyle.

His Excellency Abubaker Seddiq Al Khoori

H.E. Abubaker Al Khoori has over 25 years of experience in the fields of finance, international investment, and real estate. His Excellency holds the Chairmanship of a number of companies, namely Iridium Services and Logistic Consulting, Al Dhabi Asset Management, and Sole Properties. H.E. Al Khoori was the Chairman of The National Investor Company, Khidma Company, Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), and Aldar Properties Company.
His Excellency held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Waha Capital and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senaat and Emirates Steel. His Excellency also served as a member of the boards of many companies, most notably Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC), Shuaa Capital, Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX), Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, and Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund.
H.E. Al Khoori was Managing Director and board member of Sorouh Real Estate Company, and Assistant Director of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). H.E. Al Khoori holds a BA degree in Finance from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, USA, and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of AIMR.
Professor Chris Haslam

Prior to this, Chris was appointed Deputy Director at the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). In addition to this, he had responsibility for managing the Agency’s extensive work for the UK Government relating to the grant of degree-awarding powers, university title, and higher education institution designation. Chris drafted the UK Government criteria governing the grant of degree-awarding powers and university title and oversaw the provision of advice to Government Ministers. In this capacity, he was appointed as a specialist adviser to the New Zealand Government in relation to the development of the country’s higher education sector. Chris studied Physical Geography at Newcastle University and completed a Government Natural Environment Research Council-funded doctorate in climate modelling at the University of Southampton.
Mr. Obaid Omran Al Shamsi

Mr Al Shamsi holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from American University, Washington College of Law, and obtained his degree in Shariah and Law from United Arab Emirates University, Faculty of Law. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, Islamic finance, energy, and local and international litigation. He was the former Director of Corporate Compliance for a major new corporation dedicated to bringing commercial nuclear power to the UAE. He participated in the formation of the corporation and led efforts to ensure compliance with the laws in effect in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. He has worked as an in-house counsel and Board Secretary with various organisations in the UAE. He also worked as Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
